Or simply "Baianas" is the name for women who produce and sell acarajé and other delicacies of our cuisine. The acarajé is a cookie Afro-Brazilian cuisine, made from cowpea mass and ground dried shrimp, fried in oil-for-palm; accompanies pepper, dried shrimp, vatapd and pigweed.


It is an Afro-Brazilian religion, which is based on the cult of the Orishas (gods of Candomblé). Religion is grounded in the elements of nature. To the drums, the faithful dance and sing, until the spirits manifest and incorporate the people started.
